We never share information that is sent to Formstack. Stored data is encrypted and unreadable and is only used in the creation of merged documents.
Business Associate Agreement (BAA): HIPAA regulations require all covered entities to have a written contract for each business associate. Formstack Documents provides a Standard BAA for all accounts.
